Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstracts must be submitted via the congress website. Submissions sent independently via email or postal mail will not be accepted. All presentations at the congress will be delivered in Turkish. At least one of the authors listed in the abstract must be registered for the congress. Only presentations by registered authors will be included in the program and the abstract book. The congress will include the following presentation categories:
• Oral Presentation
• E-Poster Presentation
An automatic email stating “Your abstract has been submitted to the system” will be sent to the corresponding authors. Evaluation results will be sent to all authors as a formal notification. Once an abstract acceptance letter has been issued, withdrawals of presentations are not permitted. If authors of accepted oral presentations fail to present and cannot provide valid justification, their future submissions to the next congress will not be accepted for evaluation.
The text must be written without errors and carefully checked before submission. Submitted texts will be published in the abstract book without any revisions. Presentations should contribute to scientific advancement and clearly convey a conclusion.

Abstract Writing Guidelines
The title of the abstract should reflect the study as concisely as possible. Abbreviations should not be used in the title. Full names of all authors (first and last names), along with their departments and institutions, must be clearly stated in the relevant sections. Names should be written in lowercase letters with only the first letter capitalized. Academic titles should not be used. Authors are responsible for ethical considerations.
The abstract text must not exceed 350 words (up to 2 tables or figures may be included).
